Tumak Music Product License

1. Who this is between

Tumak Music is a sole proprietorship operated by Thomas Lolieux in British Columbia, Canada. In this license "we" and "us" mean that business, and "you" mean the person or company that bought the product.

The product is the ZIP you downloaded and everything in it: audio stems, MIDI, presets, cover art, and documentation. This license covers all of it.

2. What you get

We grant you a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the product in your own new musical works and audiovisual productions.

Commercial use is included. You owe us no royalties, no further fees, and no registration. You do not need to credit us, though we always like it when people do.

The license is yours alone: one purchase covers one person, and it does not transfer. If a bandmate or a team member wants to build with these parts too, each person needs their own copy, or write to us and we will sort something fair.

• Release finished tracks built with these parts, on any platform, forever
• Use them in film, TV, games, ads, podcasts, and video, including monetized channels
• Edit, chop, pitch, stretch, resample, and process them however you want
• Register your finished work with a PRO and collect on it

3. What you cannot do

The line is simple: build new things with the parts, do not redistribute the parts themselves.

• Do not resell, share, or give away the raw files, edited or not
• Do not include the raw files in another sample pack, kit, preset bank, or library
• Do not upload the raw files to a stem site, a sample marketplace, or a training dataset, and do not use them to train an AI or generation model
• Do not claim you created the underlying recordings
• Do not register a finished work that is substantially just our stems playing, with a content identification system that would claim our own releases

4. We keep ownership

We keep the copyright and every other intellectual property right in the product. This is a license to use it, not a sale of ownership.

You own what you make. The new work you build with these parts is yours, and nothing here gives us a claim on it.

5. Our warranty

We warrant that the recordings in this product are original work created by us, or otherwise cleared for the uses granted above, and that we have the right to license them to you.

Nothing in a Tumak product is triggered from a third-party commercial sample library or lifted from another record. That is the whole point: you can build on this and truthfully say your track is clean.

6. Refunds

Digital downloads are not refundable once the download link has been sent. The file cannot be returned, so the sale is final at delivery.

That is the policy, not a wall. If a file is corrupt, incomplete, or not what the page described, write to us and we will fix it or refund it. Ask before you dispute a charge, it is faster and we would rather help.

7. Limits

The product is provided as is. Our total liability for anything connected to it is limited to what you paid for it.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data. Some jurisdictions do not allow that limit, in which case it applies as far as the law permits.

8. If you break the terms

Redistributing the raw files ends this license immediately. Finished works you released in good faith before that stay licensed, we are not going to pull the rug on somebody else who bought your record.

9. Law

This license is governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
